Coffee
We procure coffee beans and processed coffee products from all over the world, and deliver them to convenience stores, coffee manufacturers, coffee chains, and other customers.
We offer a wide selection of coffee beans, including certified types like Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade coffees that have gained attention in recent years, as well as specialty coffees.
We are developing our own sustainable coffee brands while actively working to deal with social and environmental issues in coffee-producing countries. Additionally, we have multiple overseas supplier partners for instant coffee and coffee extracts, where we have top market shares in Japan.

Cocoa
We procure cocoa beans and processed cocoa ingredients from various regions, including West Africa, Southeast Asia, and South/Central America—covering all the major beans producing countries—and provide them to confectionery manufacturers or distribute to Japan’s domestic ingredient users via confectionery material wholesalers, etc.
Sustainability is at the heart of all our activities. Our primary focus is in maintaining the sustainability in cocoa beans producing countries. We are active in providing support to local communities, such as promoting the best practice of cocoa farming and providing support to increase children’s attendance at school, etc.
In addition to the ingredient trading, our business extends to consumer pack business. In partnership with OEMs, we cater to retailers by selecting sustainably sourced ingredients, developing finished product recipe, and providing marketing support where necessary.

Nuts
We procure varieties of nuts from various regions including the U.S., Australia, Vietnam, and India, and provide them to confectionery manufacturers or distribute to Japan’s domestic ingredient users via wholesalers, etc.
Our main supplier, Olam Food Ingredients, has its own almond orchards and processing sites in the U.S. and Australia, as well as a distribution hub in Vietnam for raw nuts collection, sorting, processing, and final packaging of various nuts.
These vertically integrated supply chain allows us to be cognizant of global nuts producing and trading trends and to offer a range of products and services to meet customer needs.

Sesame
We procure sesame seeds from various regions, including Latin America, Southeast Asia, Africa and other regions and provide them to Japanese manufacturers such as oil crushers and processed foods companies.
In addition to trading business, we are dedicated to supporting sesame growers by implementing GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) training programs and improving living conditions of growers in developing countries.

Dehydrated vegetables/
Spices
We procure dehydrated vegetables and spices from various countries, including the U.S., Egypt, China, Vietnam and India, and provide them to Japanese food manufacturers.
Our main supplier, Olam Food Ingredients, processes onions and garlic at their own factories in the U.S., and we are able to offer a wide range of products in various forms that can meet our customers’ requirements.
In addition, we focus on developing value-added products, such as spice blends including curry powders and spice mixes.

Oil
We procure oil and fats from various regions including Southeast Asia, Europe and North America, and provide them to our diverse base, consisting of food manufacturers, processed oil and fats manufacturers, and the food service industry.
Our oil and fats products are provided to our customers in various packaging forms from bulk chemical tankers to bottled products for retailers, utilizing our partnerships with overseas suppliers and domestic manufacturers. We are actively working to meet demand for oils and fats in the increasingly health-oriented consumer markets.
